Fletchers Group of Bakeries is a prominent UK manfacturer and supplier of fresh and frozen bakery products. We are proud to operate in the following market sectors:

Muffins 
American or sweet muffins come in a variety of shapes, sizes and flavours. But once tasted we can guarantee that you will want to come back for more.

Buns and Rolls
Burger buns, floured baps, deli rolls, sub rolls and hoagies.  Just to mention a few of the products we supply into the foodservcie and retail market place.

Pastry Products
Or Viennoiserie to give this sector it's correct term. Viennoiserie means literally something made "à la Viennoise", Vienna-style, since croissants (the typical viennoiserie) originated in Austria and not in France. From golden croissants to indulgent pain au chocolat we aim to meet all breakfast needs. And we continue to be innovative in this area with Chocolate Twists our latest addition - and many more to come!

Fruited Products
Our fruited products include everything from fruit loaves to hot cross buns and even panetonne.  We can meet a wide variety of needs from the traditional favourites to contemporary and innovative new products.

French Bread
Whatever size baguette is required - we can provide it.  From petit pain to full sized baguettes in both full and part-baked varieties to suit any customers needs.

Speciality Breads
We produce both organic and standard seeded rolls and bloomer bread as well as Paninnis and Ciabattas!

Bread
Fletchers Group of Bakeries have been making sliced bread for nearly a century. We currently supply both retail and foodservice customers from two of our business units with a contrasting portfolio of products that perfectly compliment each other.

Doughnuts
We manufacture a number of sugar coated doughnuts. With plump jam and double chocolate filled ball doughnuts and sugar coated ring doughnuts you'd be hard pressed to say no.

Scones
We have a selection of scones to suit a variety of tastes with plain butter for the traditionalist amongst you and juicy sultana as a fruity alternative.

Italian Speciality Breads
This range of recently launched products include focaccias, steccas and toasta breads.
