1923:
Fletchers Bakeries Ltd founded by George Henry Fletcher. Family run business for three generations

1950:
Sheffield Claywheels Lane site opened

1980:
Frozen Food business began

1999:
Northern Foods acquire Fletchers Bakeries Ltd and consolidate the Kara and Grain D'Or businesses into this Company

2006:
Northern Foods adds LBD at Barnsley to Fletchers Bakeries Ltd

2007:
Vision Capital acquire Fletchers Bakeries Ltd
