Fletchers Group of Bakeries is delighted to announce that it recently launched it's Leadership and Management Development programme. Developed in partnership with Sheffield Hallam Unversity it has taken several months to get the programme established and up and running but, at last, the first module - which was on 'strategy' has been delivered and the planning for the second module is well underway.

The programme, which will run over the next 15 months, is aimed at enhancing the skills of the leadership teams within thr Group and will have practical implications as well as the theory behind each of the six modules.

'This is a very exciting programme' said Steve Boyd (HR Director), 'and one that demonstrates our determination to be an employer of first choice. I am very pleased with the support we've had from SHU and would like to thank them for their efforts in assisting us in getting this off the ground'.
